This might just be our most subtle yet most versatile luminaire. With a tube diameter of only 53mm, this minimalist design is suitable for a wide range of applications. The L2 combines direct lighting with indirect lighting and is available as a pendant luminaire as well as a wall-mounted version.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUBTLE LIGHT LINE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Not only is the L2 luminaire itself stunning, but its light is equally captivating. The specially developed diffusers create a soft, homogeneous light line that evenly illuminates the workspace. At the top, a few LED boards with plastic shielding provide indirect lighting via the ceiling, ensuring a beautifully uniform light distribution. The luminaire is crafted from clear anodized aluminum, and its 53mm diameter offers a subtle yet impactful presence in any space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUSTAINABLE ALUMINIUM<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

After the aluminum is cut to length and given a sleek anodized finish, the high-quality Philips Fortimo LEDs are installed in the luminaire in our workshop. The aluminum ensures excellent heat dissipation, allowing the LEDs to last a lifetime. The Fortimo LED series is one of the most premium LED module ranges currently available on the market. You can choose from multiple light colors and color renderings, ranging from 827 to 940. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because this entire product is made of aluminum, it is also highly sustainable. Aluminum can be recycled infinitely without any loss of quality. In fact, all our aluminum luminaires are already made with 40% recycled aluminum. Additionally, the luminaires can be used in a circular way. After the LEDs have reached their exceptionally long lifespan of over 80,000 burning hours, the aluminum can be reused in two ways: either by recycling it or by installing new LEDs and using it all over again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IN-HOUSE DESIGN AND PRODUCTION <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The design is based on three extrusion profiles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The basic H-profile, where LEDs are directly mounted on both sides of the aluminum for maximum heat transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The aluminum cover cap fits almost seamlessly onto the base profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The polycarbonate diffuser cover cap is precisely designed to ensure the LED light points are barely visible, creating a beautifully uniform light output with a maximum light transmission of up to 81%.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    All three profiles are stocked in six-meter lengths, allowing us endless variations in configurations. Due to the minimalist design, the driver is placed externally. A separate driver box can be ordered separately for this purpose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
